Our Story
Rooted in Italian
tradition
The word “osteria” tells you everything a humble neighborhood gathering place where the food is honest, the wine flows freely, and every stranger becomes a friend. We brought that tradition to Miami’s MiMo Historic District in February 2022, and it became home.
Our menu is a love letter to Italy’s culinary heritage black truffle focaccia, house-made tortelli, tender baked branzino, and an ever-changing list of daily specials that follow the seasons and the chef’s inspiration.

The culinary soul
behind every dish
Chef Nicola Bortoluzzi brings the bold, comforting flavors of northern Italy to every plate at Osteria. Born in Susegana, in the heart of the Veneto region, his passion for cooking began at home shaped by family, tradition, and the enduring warmth of his grandmother’s kitchen.
After graduating from one of Italy’s top hospitality schools, Nicola’s career took him across Europe and the United States, where he trained alongside culinary icons Joël Robuchon, Pierre Gagnaire, and Jason Atherton. With Osteria since day one, he now channels that depth of experience into every dish blending northern Italian tradition with curiosity, precision, and genuine heart.
